Encore only collects the data necessary for the loyalty program to work:

• Restaurateurs: username, optional email address, hashed password, restaurant name and program settings.
• Customers: email address, hashed password or Google identifier, as well as points and rewards history.

This data is used exclusively to:

• Manage restaurateur and customer accounts.
• Award points and track progress toward rewards.
• Display balances, rewards, and confirmations related to the program.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only passed to the technical providers necessary for the secure operation of the service.

Data is kept for as long as the account is active or for as long as necessary for the service to operate. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Passwords are hashed with BCrypt. Connections are protected by HTTPS and access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.
